COVID-19 Policy

A HUGE thanks to all our clients with frontline workers.

Throughout the pandemic, you have done important work in essential businesses like grocery stores, restaurants, medical, and we can’t thank you enough for all your hard work through these challenging times.

We are dedicated to safety:

• We work to enable our clients to work from home

• All our staff are fully vaccinated and we continue to follow local, state, and federal health orders wearing face masks, maintaining social distancing, disinfecting all equipment, etc.

• We screen all visitors to our office, having them complete a COVID safety questionnaire.

• We sanitize all equipment we receive and ship out (i.e. laptops sent to us for repair/setup, etc) with isopropyl alcohol and/or 8 min UV-C treatment

• While we still offer on-site IT service, whenever possible we try and work remotely to minimize unnecessary contact

• We are set up to offer secure contactless drop-off and pickup Mon-Fri 9am-6pm at Artthaus Reception (our office building) as well as curbside by appointment.

• We can overnight ship most laptops, smartphones, tablets, and thin clients for under $25 via our delivery partner Golden State Overnight
